This year my 5 year renewal came up. James contacted me months prior and made the whole process very easy. He made himself available to us, answered all my questions and was a pleasure to work with. Super happy with the end result and look forward to working with him again!

I would like to say “ thank you to James for helping us in our mortgage application in a very short period of time. We are so desperate 2 weeks ago , because our mortgage broker ditch us after all the paperwork and offer is done. we found the house we like under our budget and inspection is about to be done in 2 days.I called him and asked him for help ! that night, he start the application and by the next day, we got the approval. grateful for the help. James are very patient and kind and respectful. now we are waiting for possession dates.

This was my second time working with Chris, and once again it was a great experience. This time, he helped me refinance my mortgage, and the process was just as positive as the first. Chris was very thorough, always available to answer any questions, and helped me secure a great rate. I can’t recommend him enough.

Working with James and Chris was an excellent experience. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire mortgage process simple and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything clearly and found me a great rate that fit my needs perfectly.

Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable and professional mortgage brokers!

We had an amazing experience with James. He was very fast in getting us pre-approved and the final approval, and was on the ball when it came to communicating with us about what we needed to do and what our next steps were! Very Highly Recommend!

This is my second time using Chris as a mortgage broker and have recommended him to everyone! Chris was very patient and took the time to call to reassure me that the mortgage application was going smoothly. Chris was very flexible about having appointments last minute or in the evening. He ended every call on a positive note and some humour, which I appreciated! I would definitely reccomend Chris to others.
